Hmn! Have you tried this Jack? This sounds delicious. Do you know, I have only made meatloaf twice. Both times, they were grand productions, as if I was making something very difficult. I roast a whole turkey more times in a year that I have made meatloaf all my life! That cow looks very happy!!! Heheh!
