There really was a band in the 50's or 60's called The Penguins. I think they did a song called earth angel? Anyway I wasn't thinking of the band when I came up with this. :O)
Oh Jack you could not have done a more perfect image! This is a band I would pay to see :) awesome and you are so right, music and art are hand in glove
I had know idea who sang earth angel..but I certainly remember the song. Penguins should sing..it seems right. Yours are doing a good job of it--I can tell.
Your penguin musicians look a bit worried-- I would be too with the icecap melting! Sort of reminds me of the band on the Titanic only the other way around... are they playing "Nearer My God to Thee?"
By the look on their faces someone hit a wrong note? Or perhaps is is a serious song about something sad? I think there is another story here. Such great and very COOL images!
Oooh, Jack, your penguins have me a-jumpin' and a-jivin'! It's nice to see a musical group in matching suits, don't you agree? Though these guys may not have had a choice in that matter. :)
Hey, thanks for your great comment. I'll meet you on de Nile, neighbor. And I have to warn you, I tend to borrow lots of cups o'sugar.
