Does anyone remember the Crunch Berry Beast from Captain Crunch? Is he still around? I just remember those little crunchy red balls when I was a kid. I heard some lady tried to sue Captain Crunch because, for four years she thought she was eating real berries!------------- So this is my version of Mr. Crunch Berry himself!

ReplyDeleteMaybe the smurfs stole all the red berries and changed the names to Smurf Berries and the Crunch Berry Beast went into hiding. Maybe one day it'll be a VH1 "Where are they now?" special and Jack could have started the whole thing rolling, Awesome art as usual...

ReplyDeleteWell I'm far too young, no much too young to remember (methinks I doth protest too much).... the anticipation on the face at the joy of eating is... well a 'joy' to behold.

ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for dropping by me old blog :D
Your Mr. Crunch Berry looks like he has an amazing personality. A salesman type. I bet he could sell a lot of those strange cereal berries. Whatever they are.
