  3. Love the multiplication factor here! Cats seem to have a fairly wish-fulfilled life already, though... hmmm. How many more could they actually muster?

  8. Mystifying! You are the thinking man's illustrator, Jack! I think that's our cat Sandy, once she gets over her astonishment surely she will let us share some of those wishes!

  12. It looks like some mandadory overtime for that Genie. Ah, but what could a cat want? They have it all handed to them on a platter.

  13. LOL I love this! I did a genie too! :) Your kitty genie is much cuter, though!

  14. How funny! You have a clever and creative mind as well as much artistic talent, Jack!

  15. Goshdarnit. They always land on their feet, they can practically collapse their skeletons, AND they get 27 wishes? Now you have me singing that song from the Aristocats. 'Everybody wants to be a cat!'

GREAT illo, Jack. You always brighten my day with your wit and talent!

  16. Hey Jack - thanks for stoppin' by! Always great to hear from you - and yes it turns out that my husband and father-in-law have been making wine for 3 years now..it's a fabulous family endeavor. Monsieur Olivet will most likely try a glass of California red sometime soon (a hint as to where he is off to : ) )
    Have a great weekend, Jack!!

  17. The big problem with cats is that they never really got over being treated as gods by the ancient Egyptians. They kinda expect it now! Hope the Genie understands miow
