I always like to check your work early in the morning because it makes me smile and thus it makes my day. Have a good one Jack!

  3. OK, I must have taken it a totally opposite way from everyone else, Jack. I too it as "Never try, just do it." If you try you are not sure you can and that sets you up for an acceptable failure. If you just do it you never fail, you just find out what doesn't work. LOL Doesn't anyone out there think like me?

  9. Aaah, spoken by the wisest man ever lived. Seriously Jack, I used to think how great it must be to have a brain like Homer. Life would be so much easier... all you need is TV, a couch and oodles of donuts. (^_^)

Marvelous work, of course. You nail it every time.

  10. but if Homer had never tried (and failed miserably) he wouldn't have ANY lesson to speak of.

  14. Poor Homer. Someone should give him a few of your pointers. You have many words to the wise for this fellow. But then again, this is Homer. You may not have a chance of changing him. Great illo.

You've captured the essences of Homer, I must say. This is very fun.

  23. Hey Jack, you're right in my wheelhouse with a Homer Simpson tribute this week! Great job on this. I love seeing my favorite characters interpreted in different artists' styles. Thanks also for checking out my entry and leaving some feedback. I really appreciate it. Great job, and let's keep this cartoon train rolling..
